LICENSING ACT 2003 MANDATORY CONDITIONS
Mandatory conditions where licence authorises the supply of alcohol
1. No supply of alcohol may be made under the premises licence -
(a) at a time when there is no designated premises supervisor in respect of the premises licence; or
(b) at a time when the designated premises supervisor does not hold a personal licence or his personal licence is suspended.
2. The supply of alcohol under the premises licence must be made or authorised by a person who holds a personal licence.
CONDITIONS CONSISTENT WITH OPERATING SCHEDULE
1. A proof of identity and age scheme will be in operation and Challenge 21 Posters displayed.
2. Regular staff training sessions on licensing objectives.
3. Staff to be alert to any potential problem areas.
4. The number of people present will be controlled.
5. Staff to be aware of all risks and hazards.
6. Exit doors and routes to be kept clear.
7. Admittance at licensees discretion.
8. All children present to be accompanied by responsible adults and not allowed in the vicinity of the bar area.
