CONDITIONS CONSISTENT WITH OPERATING SCHEDULE
1. Usual conditions attached to a restaurant licence should apply.
2. Children will not be allowed on the premises without adult supervision.
3. Trained staff under managerial supervision deal with liquor sales to persons who will be staying in the immediate vicinity.
4. Customers are expected to be almost entirely people who are resident either in caravans or camping on the park and thus easily accountable.
5. Service of drinks will usually be by waiting staff at tables and ancillary to meals. During limited periods, customers may order and collect their meals and drinks from staff at the kitchen counter.
6. Staff serving liquor are trained in doing so lawfully and responsibly.
7. The site operates a “21” policy, whereby persons who do not appear to be aged 21 or over must prove they are aged 18 or over to be served.
8. There is general supervision of the whole park by management at all times.
9. Kitchen facilities are closed off from public areas.
10. There is a large emergency exit from the restaurant area.
11. Toilets are available on site.
12. The restaurant will only be open during those hours already permitted for off-sales.
13. Children will be allowed into the restaurant premises only when accompanied by an adult who is supervising them.
