  Mandatory conditions where licence authorises the supply of alcohol

   

  1.               No supply of alcohol may be made under the premises licence -

   

  (a)              at a time when there is no designated premises supervisor in respect of the premises licence; or

   

  (b)              at a time when the designated premises supervisor does not hold a personal licence or his personal licence is suspended.

   

  2.     The supply of alcohol under the premises licence must be made or authorised by a person who holds a personal licence.

   

  Mandatory condition where Door Supervisors are provided

   

  Any individual employed on the premises to carry out a security activity must be licensed by the Security Industry Authority.

  1.              Prevention of alcohol abuse, crime and disorder.

   

  2.              To ensure public safety is of high standard.

   

  3.              No sale of alcohol to a person who is drunk

   

  4.              To work closely with local police to promote PubWatch and discourage troublemakers.

   

  5.              Clearly labelled emergency exits.

   

  6.              Fire extinguishers and fire blankets.

   

  7.              Public warning signs e.g. “Please mind Step”.

   

  8.              To open to licensing times and not to disrupt neighbours by causing excessive noise after 22:00 hrs.

   

  9.              No unaccompanied children in Public Bar Areas after 20:30 hrs.

   

  10.              Prevention of alcohol sales to minors.
