EMBEDDED CONDITIONS - TAKE-AWAY CAFÉ
The Standard Conditions for a Take-Away Café in pursuance of Section 42 of the Cumbria Act 1982.
That the proprietor agree to:-
1. Provide a litterbin adjacent to the premises and to provide sacks for the bins and to
ensure that they are regularly emptied.
2. Ensure that any litter and waste food deposited by clients in the immediate vicinity of the premises is collected as often as necessary and at least at the end of each working day.
3. Display in the premises a notice requesting clients not to drop litter outside and to use the litter bin provided.
4. Refrain from using any radio, television or sound equipment on the premises in such a manner that would give rise to nuisance.
5. Take all reasonable steps to refuse admittance to the premises to persons suffering from the effects of alcohol or who appear otherwise liable to create a nuisance and to take all reasonable steps to ensure the good behaviour of persons waiting to be served.
6. Display on the premises a notice requesting clients not to leave their vehicle engine running, or to slam vehicle doors or create a nuisance from car radios and not to deposit waste food, other than in the litter bins provided.
7. Take all reasonable steps to discourage the congregation of persons outside the premises after they have been served with the take-away food.
