  Mandatory conditions where licence authorises the supply of alcohol

   

  1.               No supply of alcohol may be made under the premises licence -

   

  (a)              at a time when there is no designated premises supervisor in respect of the premises licence; or

   

  (b)              at a time when the designated premises supervisor does not hold a personal licence or his personal licence is suspended.

   

  2.     The supply of alcohol under the premises licence must be made or authorised by a person who holds a personal licence.

   

   

  Mandatory condition where Door Supervisors are provided

   

  Any individual employed on the premises to carry out a security activity must be licensed by the Security Industry Authority.

   

   

   

• CONDITIONS CONSISTENT WITH OPERATING SCHEDULE

   

  1.              The club has a good record of public safety and actively encourages all members to look and report any matter regarding safety.

   

  2.              If a person is considered drunk they will not be served.  The bar staff will not serve any person who does not look 18.

   

  3.              The bar staff do not allow children near the bars.

   

  4.              The club is policed by the committee and any offenders are placed before the committee where disciplinary action is taken which is usually suspension from the club for a period between 1 month and life.

   

  5.              All bar staff are trained to spot potential trouble and are aware which club official to report the matter to.

   

  6.              The club has an appointed health and safety official and routine inspections are carried out and any points raised are rectified soonest.

   

  7.              The club has a good relationship with our neighbours and all visitors are reminded on exiting the building to do so in a quiet and orderly manner.

   

  8.              All children have to have parental supervision whilst in the premises, they are not allowed on any of the games and are not allowed in the bar areas.

   

  9.              Children must be out of the club by 1900 hrs.
