CONDITIONS CONSISTENT WITH OPERATING SCHEDULE
1. Club Management, Steward and bar staff are informed of the Licensing Act 2003 objectives and statutory requirement to comply with all relevant provisions of the Act.
2. The Club has rules which govern the conduct of members and their guests within and adjacent to the club premises.
3. Admission to the Club is confined to members and bona fide guests.
4. Bar Staff are instructed not to serve members and guests who behave in a drunk or disorderly fashion.
5. Misconduct is reported to the committee.
6. The Club complies with Health and Safety and Fire Precautions Regulations also, with capacity limits for the Club (all seated - no standing allowed) Function Room 120 persons and Bar 110 persons.
7. The safety of all persons whilst on the premises is of paramount importance.
8. Fire action notices are displayed and escape routes signed.
9. Members and Guests are instructed to respect the needs of local residents.
10. When live or recorded music is played all reasonable steps are taken to avoid disturbance to neighbouring properties. The majority of the members are in the older age bracket i.e. over 40 years of age. The club does not have any rowdy dispersals at the end of the day.
11. The Club is a working mens club. Membership is restricted to persons over 21 years of age. Children are not allowed on the premises.
