• CONDITIONS CONSISTENT WITH OPERATING SCHEDULE

   

  1.              All socket outlets used for regulated entertainment must be protected by residual current devices having rated residual operating current not exceeding 30ma (0.03 amps).

   

  2.              EGPA systems etc. this must be inspected and tested annually.

   

  3.              Responsible staff on duty at all times - Duty Managers, Lifeguards, Reception.

   

  4.              List of Rules of Use displayed.

   

  5.              Safety procedures in place. 

   

  6.              Normal operating procedure and emergency action plan. 

   

  7.              Fire fighting equipment, electrical installation tests, fire alarm system, emergency lighting, pre-opening checks by Duty Managers.

   

  8.              First Aiders on duty at all times.

   

  9.              Qualified Lifeguards.

   

  10.              All external doors and windows to be kept closed. 

   

  11.              No firework displays.

   

  12.              Carlisle Leisure Limited Childrens Protection Policy.

   

  13.              Centre Manager will notify neighbours in advance of events running until Midnight.
