CONDITIONS CONSISTENT WITH THE OPERATING SCHEDULE
1. There is sufficient staff to ensure customers are in a safe environment whilst on the premises.
2. Equipment is generally kept clean and tidy and staff working in a clean, safe environment.
3. Food is served to a high standard.
4. The premises are part of the police scheme that protects shops and surrounding areas from noise and nuisance. A window sticker supporting this scheme is displayed.
5. Metal shutters are fitted on the front of the shop which are closed every night.
6. All cooking gas and electrical appliances are checked and serviced regularly at least once a year, the paperwork proving this can be provided.
7. Toughened glass is fitted in all the premises windows and doors.
8. The premises have regular health inspections and are always satisfactory.
9. There are large exterior extractors which extract any cooking smells or smoke away from the premises. They are both directed away from any housing areas.
10. Premises are always closed promptly at opening/closing times.
11. Rubbish is always cleaned up outside the shop.
12. There are no gambling machines on the premises.
13. There is no sale of alcohol on the premises.
14. There is no equipment in the shop area of the premises that could be of any harm to children or adults.
