CONDITIONS IMPOSED BY OPERATING SCHEDULE
1. The premises have a burglar alarm which if triggered automatically contacts the police.
2. All members of staff carry panic alarms which if triggered automatically contact the police.
3. Signs are displayed in the warehouse stating that alcohol will not be sold to anyone under the age of 18.
4. Staff receive internal training in respect of selling alcohol and the company has its own procedure in place in respect of refusing to serve persons appearing to be under the influence of drink/drugs or showing threatening or abusive behaviour.
5. The premises comply with fire safety regulations.
6. Fire extinguishers and fire blankets are located on the premises.
7. Smoking is not permitted on the premises.
8. One member of staff is first aid trained and first aid boxes are located on the premises.
9. Risk assessments are carried out to ensure that all equipment is safe.
10. The premises do not emit loud noise or odours.
11. Large crowds of people do not visit the premises at any one time.
12. Deliveries cause little or no disruption to the neighbouring properties.
13. Anti-social behaviour does not tend to occur, however the staff are trained internally on how to deal with persons displaying anti-social behaviour
14. All staff receive internal training in relation to the sale of alcohol to minors.
