CONDITIONS IMPOSED BY OPERATING SCHEDULE
1. Personal license holder or designated premises supervisor on the premises at all times the license is in operation.
2. All services staff have had informal training on licensing matters.
3. Internal and external CCTV installed on the premises.
4. Sales are mainly wholesale to catering businesses with only limited sales to the general public.
5. An incident book is kept on the premise to record any incidents that may affect the running of the premises.
6. Adequate lighting is in stalled both internally and externally.
7. Burglar alarms are fitted to the premise.
8. Exits are located to the front and rear of the premises.
9. Smoke detectors and fire alarms fitted throughout the premises.
10. First aid provision is provided in the premises office.
11. The premises are well provided with car parking spaces to the front.
12. The premises are located on a purpose built wholesale premise in a rural area.
13. All drivers leaving the premise are asked to follow an environmental route to the main road.
14. Entry to the premises is through a double set of doors.
15. Proof of age cards are required from anyone attempting to purchase alcohol who appear to be underage.
16. Children are barred from the premises except if accompanied by an adult.
