  Mandatory conditions where licence authorises the supply of alcohol

   

  1.              No supply of alcohol may be made under the premises licence -

   

  (a)              at a time when there is no designated premises supervisor in respect of the premises licence; or

   

  (b)              at a time when the designated premises supervisor does not hold a personal licence or his personal licence is suspended.

   

  2.              The supply of alcohol under the premises licence must be made or authorised by a person who holds a personal licence.

   

  Mandatory condition where Door Supervisors are provided

   

  Any individual employed on the premises to carry out a security activity must be licensed by the Security Industry Authority.

   

   

• CONDITIONS IMPOSED BY ENVIRONMENTAL HEALTH

   

  PS6 - First Aid

  There shall be maintained on the premises at all times an adequate and appropriate supply of first aid equipment and materials for the use of customers.

   

   

• CONDITIONS CONSISTENT WITH OPERATING SCHEDULE

   

  1.              Will comply with all laws and regulations and will not sell alcohol to anyone under the age of 18 or to anyone under the influence of alcohol.

   

  2.              The premises is securely locked each evening at 5.30pm and the small selection of alcoholic beverages are not in sight when the premises is closed.

   

  3.              Any incident of a criminal nature shall be reported to the police.

   

  4.              The Designated Premises Supervisor shall ensure that all members of staff are given lawful instructions.

   

  5.              It will be policy to check ID of anyone buying alcohol who appears to be under 21.

   

  6.              There will be a small sign containing details of trading hours under the premises licence.

   

  7.              Exits are not obstructed and any outbreak of fire shall be reported immediately.

   

  8.              Adequate supply of first aid materials are always to hand along with fully serviced fire extinguishers.

   

  9.              There shall be no emission of any offensive smells and arrangements are in place for regular refuse collections.

   

  10.              No alcohol will be sold to anyone under the age of 18 or to any adult with children who appears to be under the influence of drink.
