  Mandatory conditions where licence authorises the supply of alcohol

   

  1.              No supply of alcohol may be made under the premises licence -

   

  (a)              at a time when there is no designated premises supervisor in respect of the premises licence; or

   

  (b)              at a time when the designated premises supervisor does not hold a personal licence or his personal licence is suspended.

   

  2.              The supply of alcohol under the premises licence must be made or authorised by a person who holds a personal licence.

   

  Mandatory condition where Door Supervisors are provided

   

  Any individual employed on the premises to carry out a security activity must be licensed by the Security Industry Authority.

   

   

• CONDITIONS IMPOSED BY OPERATING SCHEDULE

   

  1.              We have CCTV on site where alcohol is being sold together with a Selling Support Manager with specific responsibilities for the store and loss prevention staff.

   

  2.              We have CCTV in the store as well as a panic alarm on tills which then feeds to the monitor area which is kept in the loss prevention area or back of house area, i.e. admin office.

   

  3.              We have a coded tannoy announcement system should there be a requirement for additional support, re. incidents.

   

  4.              There are town centre security and police for local retailers to ensure controlled behaviour.

   

  5.              We have signs and trained staff not to sell alcohol products to under 18s.

   

  6.              Staff under 18 are not allowed to sell alcohol products.

   

  7.              Anything which comes under Gift Food when scanned will come up with prompts on till points.

   

  8.              No alcohol is sold in the children’s area.
