CONDITIONS IMPOSED BY OPERATING SCHEDULE
1. The majority of parties are family weddings and we envisage carefully monitoring the amount per person which is taken onto the vessel.
2. The alcohol is to go with the finger buffets and is part of the wedding/party celebration as they cruise around the lake.
3. The alcohol will be consumed over a 1 or 2 hour period, usually for a wedding or party.
4. The amount of alcohol sold will reflect the number of guests on the cruise, i.e. an unlimited supply would not be sold.
5. The amount of alcohol sold to the party would be pre-determined by the client for their private charter but again the amount requested by us to be provided would have to be a sensible amount for the number of people attending the launch cruise.
6. Anyone being disruptive would be returned to Keswick landings and asked to leave the vessel.
7. Anyone acting inappropriately would be returned to Keswick landings.
8. The majority of parties are weddings which are obviously family affairs so parents would be present at all times.
