LICENSING ACT 2003 MANDATORY CONDITIONS

Mandatory condition where Door Supervisors are provided

Any individual employed on the premises to carry out a security activity must be licensed by the Security Industry Authority.
CONDITIONS IMPOSED BY LICENSING HEARING

1.              CCTV inside and outside the premises.

2.              Provide a litter bin outside the premises and private sacks for that bin and empty it on a regular basis.

3.              Ensure that all litter outside the premises is removed by the end of each day.

4.              Display a notice that says patrons should place litter in the bin provided.

5.              Do not play radio or TV at such a level that will cause noise nuisance to residents.

6.              Do not serve food to patrons that are under the influence of drink or drugs.

7.              To endeavour to promote good behaviour of patrons waiting to be served or collecting food.

8.              Display a sign instructing patrons not to leave car engines running whilst ordering or waiting to collect food.

9.              To prevent patrons from congregating outside the premises.
CONDITIONS CONSISTENT WITH OPERATING SCHEDULE

1.              To make sure the business runs smoothly without any complaints from the public and police.

2.              To report to the police anything we see out of the ordinary.

3.              To ensure that our customers are never put in any danger.

4.              To try and separate any groups of trouble makers and make sure they keep the noise down.
