LICENSING ACT 2003 MANDATORY CONDITIONS
Any individual employed on the premises to carry out a security activity must be licensed by the Security Industry Authority.
CONDITIONS IMPOSED BY ENVIRONMENTAL HEALTH
PPN9
There shall be placed at all exits from the premises in a place where they can be seen and easily read by the public (or member and their guests) notices pointing out the needs of local residents and the need to leave the premises and the area quietly. (Note: this may also include reference to vehicles.)

No refuse shall be disposed of from the premises into a receptacle where such disposal is likely to cause a disturbance to residents in the area of the premises at any time between 20:00 and 08.00 on any day except Sunday when no such disposal shall take place before 10.00.
CONDITIONS IMPOSED BY OPERATING SCHEDULE
1. Only minimal amount of money are kept in the till and our servery counter is almost 5ft in height making it very difficult for any individual to ascend and approach the till area and the staff because of this we have never had any incidents in the shop.
2. Fire equipment in place and checked.
3. Regular safety checks carried out in staff and customer area.
4. All our customers are served quickly and this speeds up the waiting process so customers are not kept waiting and therefore don’t have time to become agitated.
5. It is only when a crowd have to stand in confined areas for periods of time that trouble can occur and because we have 2 areas of entry this also helps to dilute crowd build up in one area.
6. If we were ever witness to a child being harmed beyond a telling off and slight smack we would have no hesitation in informing the relevant authority.
