LICENSING ACT 2003 MANDATORY CONDITIONS
Mandatory conditions where licence authorises the supply of alcohol
1. No supply of alcohol may be made under the premises licence -
(a) at a time when there is no designated premises supervisor in respect of the premises licence; or
(b) at a time when the designated premises supervisor does not hold a personal licence or his personal licence is suspended.
2. The supply of alcohol under the premises licence must be made or authorised by a person who holds a personal licence.
Mandatory condition where Door Supervisors are provided
Any individual employed on the premises to carry out a security activity must be licensed by the Security Industry Authority.
CONDITIONS IMPOSED BY OPERATING SCHEDULE
1. The President, the Treasurer and the Secretary of the club will take advice and implement any matters arising from, or to do with, the licensing objectives.
2. Pubwatch.
3. Support police.
4. We work with the community warden and council staff so all park is secure.
5. Follow Wigton Town Council and emergency services instructions and advice on health and safety.
6. The building is over 60m from the nearest house.
7. Also notice to user asking them to be quiet when leaving premises.
8. We have adopted English Bowling Association child protection policy.
