CONDITIONS CONSISTENT WITH OPERATING SCHEDULE

8. Risk assessments are carried out regularly. These are monitored & immediate action taken when needed.
9. School gates are opened out of school hours to allow car parking facilities.
10. Health & safety & child protection policies strictly adhered to.
11. Safety flyers given to hirers prior to booking.
12. End of day checks are carried out.
13. Car parking is available. This stops congestion on the road outside school.

17. Hirers informed not to park in neighbouring car park.

23. Staff are vigilant for signs of bullying & other child safety issues.
