• CONDITIONS CONSISTENT WITH OPERATING SCHEDULE

   

  1.              Strict policies and procedures will be undertaken to ensure that all performances promote the licensing objectives.

   

  2.              The town centre manager manages Workington Safe and Sound project and as such will ensure that all aspects for the prevention of crime and disorder are undertaken.

   

  3.              Allerdale Health and Safety requirements will be met with regard to all public performances.

   

  4.              All performances will be part of a programme of events, mostly during the day, and will be short performances throughout the day.

   

  5.              Performances which involve children will be covered by the groups own child protection policies which will be checked as part of the risk assessment procedures.
