CONDITIONS IMPOSED BY OPERATING SCHEDULE
1. All members of staff carry panic alarms which if triggered automatically contact the police.
2. Signs are displayed in the warehouse stating that alcohol will not be sold to anyone under the age of 18.
3. Staff receive internal training in respect of selling alcohol and the company has its own procedure in place in respect of refusing to serve persons appearing to be under the influence of drink/drugs or showing threatening or abusive behaviour.
4. Shutters are on the doors and windows.
5. A safe is located in the premises.
6. A dedicated room is provided for the storage of spirits.
7. Fire officers have carried out an assessment of the premises and fire extinguishers consisting of CO2, foam and powder have been placed in positions as recommended by fire officers.
8. Smoking is not permitted on the premises.
9. One member of staff is first aid trained and a first aid box is located in the office.
10. Risk assessments are carried out to ensure that all equipment is safe.
11. There are two signed fire doors on the rear wall (which is direct to outside).
12. All windows are toughened glass.
13. The premises are located on an industrial trading estate where there are no residential neighbours.
14. The premises do not emit loud noise or odours.
15. Large crowds of people do not visit the premises at any one time.
16. Deliveries cause little or no disruption to the neighbouring properties.
17. Anti-social behaviour does not tend to occur, however the staff are trained internally on how to deal with persons displaying anti-social behaviour
18. There is a dedicated car parking area available at the front of the premises.
19. All staff receive internal training in relation to the sale of alcohol to minors.
20. Signs are displayed stating that alcohol will not be sold to anyone below age of 18.
