CONDITIONS CONSISTENT WITH OPERATING SCHEDULE
1. CCTV in digital form is installed at the premises with two cameras internally and one camera externally and the equipment is regularly checked and the images are retained for a period of 31 days minimum.
2. Printed notices are to be displayed detailing the essential steps that must be taken if a fire is discovered or the fire alarm goes off.
3. The fire alarm system, the electrical system and any gas boiler or appliance will be regularly checked but at least annually by a person or persons suitably qualified for such tasks in respect of the particular apparatus.
4. Where there are any offensive smells created in the premises provision has been made for such smells to be vented from the premises so that they do not cause a nuisance to nearby premises.
5. There are to be provided near the exits sufficient waste bins to enable the disposal of waste food, food containers and wrappers.
6. The area immediately surrounding the premises shall be cleared of waste food, food containers, wrapping, etc., at the end of each trading day and disposed of appropriately.
7. Children will not be able to trespass out of the client waiting area into the cooking and service area of the premises.
