  Mandatory conditions where licence authorises the supply of alcohol

   

  1.               No supply of alcohol may be made under the premises licence -

   

  (a)              at a time when there is no designated premises supervisor in respect of the premises licence; or

   

  (b)              at a time when the designated premises supervisor does not hold a personal licence or his personal licence is suspended.

   

  2.     The supply of alcohol under the premises licence must be made or authorised by a person who holds a personal licence.

   

  Mandatory condition where Door Supervisors are provided

   

  Any individual employed on the premises to carry out a security activity must be licensed by the Security Industry Authority.

   

   

• CONDITIONS CONSISTENT WITH OPERATING SCHEDULE

   

  1.              The business will only sell fine wines and spirits.  No discounted cheap offers will be on offer to compete with supermarkets.  No beers or alcopops will be available.

   

  2.              The business will be operated by well trained professional staff.

   

  3.              The nature of the outlet will not attract disorder.

   

  4.              In the case of theft customers will be under closer scrutiny than self service style outlets.

   

  5.              No public safety issues are envisaged.

   

  6.              Public nuisance will be minimal as business will not operate at night.  The business only operates between 09:00 a.m. and 7:30 p.m.

   

  7.              No alcohol will be supplied in open containers.

   

  8.              The wine stock will be locked away from public sight during closed hours in secure conditions.

   

  9.              Children will be welcome in the shop with parents.

   

  10.              No wines will be available for the consumption of minors.

   

  11.              As this is a fine wine outlet no danger is envisaged for children.
