CONDITIONS CONSISTENT WITH OPERATING SCHEDULE
1. CCTV has been installed within the front trading area of the premises which can be clearly viewed from the rear of the premises. This CCTV footage is not recorded but can be set to record if required. The camera has mainly been set up to view blind spots from the counter when serving.
2. The front door has a double mortice lock at the top and bottom.
3. Excess alcohol stock will be kept in a lockable cabinet where possible.
4. On closing in the evening, all money is removed from the till and the drawer is left open.
5. Plastic glasses will be used where alcohol is consumed on the chairs at the front of the premises.
6. The premises comply with all statutory fire safety controls and it is awarded a yearly compliance certificate.
7. The premises have received a 5 star grade in terms of food safety regulations and compliance.
8. The premises have air conditioning to control temperature.
9. The hours of operation and the limited internal and external seating mean that noise will be kept to a minimum for local residents.
10. Rubbish bins are kept at the rear of the property which is away from public access.
11. The hours of operation mean that children will not be in the premises later than 6 p.m. on any day.
12. Children are allowed in the front of the premises which is the only eating area and where food is served at all times.
13. A list of accepted methods of proving a customers age will be listed for employees who will be fully trained in all areas of licensing. These will include, for example, a passport, photo driving licence, citizen card, PASS card.
14. A refusal book will also be kept on the premises to record details of those refused entry.
