  Mandatory conditions where licence authorises the supply of alcohol

   

  1.               No supply of alcohol may be made under the premises licence -

   

  (a)              at a time when there is no designated premises supervisor in respect of the premises licence; or

   

  (b)              at a time when the designated premises supervisor does not hold a personal licence or his personal licence is suspended.

   

  2.     The supply of alcohol under the premises licence must be made or authorised by a person who holds a personal licence.

   

  Mandatory condition where Door Supervisors are provided

   

  Any individual employed on the premises to carry out a security activity must be licensed by the Security Industry Authority.

   

   

• CONDITIONS CONSISTENT WITH OPERATING SCHEDULE

   

  1.              Sale of alcohol in specific, designated areas

   

  2.              Under 18 notices clearly displayed in public places.

   

  3.              Children accompanied by adults.

   

  4.              Doors and windows closed to neighbours side.

   

  5.              Clearly displayed notices asking customers to be considerate to others.

   

  6.              Customers advised of keeping valuables safe.

   

  7.              No sale of alcohol to persons suspected of being drunk.

   

  8.              Fire extinguishers available in full compliance of fire regulations

   

  9.              Fire alarm tested on frequent basis.

   

  10.              All fire exits checked opening and clear of obstructions.

   

  11.              All public areas well lit.

   

  12.              Plastic glasses only outdoors.

   

  13.              Any outside music activities (e.g. background music to barbecue evening would be restricted to the lawned areas (furthest away from any neighbour).

   

  14.              Indoor music would also be to the rear of the property.

   

  15.              Clear notices for under 18 and proof of age (21).

   

  16.              Encourage parents to be vigilant and supervise own children.

   

  17.              Children under 16 not allowed on premises unless accompanied by adults.
