  Mandatory conditions where licence authorises the supply of alcohol

   

  1.               No supply of alcohol may be made under the premises licence -

   

  (a)              at a time when there is no designated premises supervisor in respect of the premises licence; or

   

  (b)              at a time when the designated premises supervisor does not hold a personal licence or his personal licence is suspended.

   

  2.     The supply of alcohol under the premises licence must be made or authorised by a person who holds a personal licence.

   

   

  Mandatory condition where Door Supervisors are provided

   

  Any individual employed on the premises to carry out a security activity must be licensed by the Security Industry Authority.

   

   

  The Licensing Act 2003 (Mandatory Licensing Conditions) Order 2010

   

  4.              (1) The premises licence holder or club premises certificate holder shall ensure that an age verification policy applies to the premises in relation to the sale or supply of alcohol.

                (2) The policy must require individuals who appear to the responsible person to be under 18 years of age (or such older age as may be specified in the policy) to produce on request, before being served alcohol, identification bearing their photograph, date of birth and a holographic mark.

   

• CONDITIONS CONSISTENT WITH OPERATING SCHEDULE

   

    1.              All members of staff have initial in house training in respect of Netto procedures which includes liquor licensing.  All checkout operators and their team trainers have additional training in the sale of alcohol.  REMOVED BY MINOR VARIATION TO PREMISES LICENCE ON 13 JULY 2011

   

    2.              CCTV will be installed.  SUPERCEDED BY VARIATION TO PREMISES LICENCE CONDITION No. 8 ON 2 OCTOBER 2013

   

    3.              Proof of age will be required from any persons appearing to be under the age of 21 who is attempting to purchase alcohol at the premises.  If the appropriate proof is not produced there will be no sale.  SUPERCEDED BY VARIATION TO PREMISES LICENCE CONDITION No. 9 ON 2 OCTOBER 2013

   

    4.              Netto seeks to comply with all requirements of health and safety legislation.  REMOVED BY MINOR VARIATION TO PREMISES LICENCE ON 13 JULY 2011

  ADDITIONAL CONDITIONS CONSISTENT WITH OPERATING SCHEDULE BY VARIATION ON 02 OCTOBER 2013

   

    7.              All staff shall be trained in the premises licence holder’s procedures which include liquor licensing and all checkout operators and their team trainers shall have additional training in the sale of alcohol.

   

    8.              The premises to have internal & external CCTV cameras.  The CCTV system will be registered in accordance with the Data Protection Act.  The system will be capable of continuously recording and copies of such recordings shall be kept for a period of not less than 31 days and handed to a police constable or authorised person upon request.  The system shall be maintained in working order and recordings will be made for each trading period conducted at the premises.

   

    9.              Adoption of challenge 25 or similar proof of age scheme which is recognised by the police.  The proof of age scheme shall be effected by the inspection of a recognised form of photographic identification such as passport, photo driving licence, proof of age card or any other form of identification agreed with the police.  If the appropriate proof of age is not produced there will be no sale.  Notices are to be prominently displayed advising customers of the challenge 25 (or similar scheme) policy.

   

  10.              The premises licence holder seeks to comply with the requirements of the health and safety legislation.

   

  11.              All stores will have a till prompt system for age restricted products.
