CONDITIONS CONSISTENT WITH OPERATING SCHEDULE
1. All staff will receive an induction and ongoing training in relation to the supply of alcohol and the licensing objectives.
2. Review of operating policies: these will be reviewed in the event of an untoward incident.
3. Participation in Grapevine in association with the Post Office which alerts members of any associated known criminal activity within a wide local network.
4. Hesket Newmarket has a local neighbourhood watch scheme with which the shop would be fully involved as and when necessary.
5. Fire escapes comply with building regulations and insurance requirements for public liability.
6. Exits are signposted.
7. Fire equipment is available and checked annually in accordance with regulations.
8. Electrical equipment is checked annually.
9. Anyone deemed drunk is refused alcohol sales either for consumption on or off the premises.
10. Any incidents attributable to alcohol will be recorded along with any refusal of sales in a book.
11. Any complaints will be fully addressed.
12. A toilet is available on the premises.
13. Children under 18 will not be sold alcohol under any circumstances where there is doubt about a person’s age they will be required to provide recognised ID to prove they are over 18.
