CONDITIONS CONSISTENT WITH OPERATING SCHEDULE
1. All exits and escape routes shall be clearly marked and those routes and pathways shall be kept clear from obstructions.
2. There shall be provided at or near the exit sufficient waste bins for the disposal of food containers, wrappings and other food waste.
3. A tamper proof CCTV shall be installed to record activity in the customer serving area and where members of public are waiting to be served and shall be used to record events during all hours of licensable activity on the premises.
4. The CCTV shall be maintained in good working order in accordance to the manufacturer’s guidelines.
5. The licence holder or a nominated person shall actively participate and become a member in any local pub/restaurant watch for the area.
6. All incidents of crime and disorder which might occur in or in the vicinity of the premises and cause concern to the licence holder his employees or members of public on the premises shall be reported to the police.
7. There shall be kept on the premises at all times an adequate and appropriate supply of first aid equipment.
8. All steps and slippery surfaces shall be clearly marked with appropriate signs.
9. Notices will be displayed at the premises where they can easily be seen and read by the customers and other members of public leaving the premises requiring them to do so quietly.
10. Notices shall be displayed in a prominent place requiring customers to dispose of their rubbish in the provided waste bins.
11. There shall be provided at the premises container for the storage and disposal of all waste food and other refuse and such containers shall be constructed and maintained and located in such way so that access to them by vermin and unauthorised persons shall be prevented and arrangements shall be made for the regular and lawful disposal of their content.
12. No person under the age of 16 years will be served after 9:30 p.m. unless they are accompanied by parents or guardians of 18 years and over.
