  Mandatory condition where Door Supervisors are provided

   

  Any individual employed on the premises to carry out a security activity must be licensed by the Security Industry Authority.

   

• CONDITIONS CONSISTENT WITH OPERATING SCHEDULE

   

    1.               The event will be similar to previous years, manned mainly by volunteers but with advice taken from the Constabulary (stewarding, use of existing CCTV).

   

    2.              The live show itself is ran by Carlisle Leisure with stewarding, barriers, etc.

   

    3.              Risk assessments have been made and the team will be fully briefed.

   

    4.              No alcohol will be sold at the event.

   

    5.              Road closure applied for.

    6.              Stage will be barriered.

    7.              First aid availability (incl. St Johns Ambulance).

    8.              Access provided for emergency vehicles.

    9.               Noise - Live music will run from approx.  2 p.m. to 6 p.m. only.

  10.              Volunteers will help tidy the street and surrounding areas of litter.

  11.              Lost children point.

  12.              The live show is family orientated.
