  Any individual employed on the premises to carry out a security activity must be licensed by the Security Industry Authority.

   

   

• CONDITIONS CONSISTENT WITH OPERATING SCHEDULE

   

  1.              The live show itself is run by a professional production team with the relevant risk assessments, method statements, etc., in place.

   

  2.              Guidance from the Constabulary, stewarding, use of CCTV.

   

  3.              No alcohol will be sold at the event.

   

  4.              Road Closure applied for.

   

  5.              Stage will be barriered.

   

  6.              First aid in place, lost children point and access for emergency vehicles.

   

  7.              Noise - live music will run from 2 p.m. to 6 p.m. only.

   

  8.              Volunteers will assist in keeping areas clear of litter.
