CONDITIONS CONSISTENT WITH OPERATING SCHEDULE
1. Regular review of procedures.
2. Front of house staff are present in the auditorium whenever there is a public performance.
3. Entry is by ticket only.
4. Anyone causing a disturbance will be required to leave.
5. Internal and external doors are locked when premises are unoccupied.
6. No money is ever kept on the premises.
7. External security light.
8. No smoking policy.
9. Fire safety policy displayed on premises.
10. Accident book on premises.
11. External lighting to rear entrance on a sensor.
12. Numbers limited by ticket.
13. Front of house staff see audience off the premises.
14. Limited external lighting.
15. No alcohol served.
16. External doors closed, but not locked, during performances to prevent noise pollution.
17. We have a child protection policy and procedures.
18. Certain areas are out of bounds to children (e.g. workshop/storage areas).
19. Children are never on the premises unsupervised.
20. We have chaperones/matrons for performances.
21. Parents/guardians are required to deliver and collect children.
