Our standard opening hours are 08:00–16:00. During recognised holiday periods (such as summer, Easter, and bank holidays) or when hosting early evening dining events that include the sale of alcohol, the premises may open later than usual. Any extended hours will be managed responsibly to uphold all licensing objectives and minimise disturbance to the local community. Alcohol will not be served before 11:00 in any circumstances, as set out in Section J of this application
Recorded background music will be played at low, ambient levels to support the day‑to‑day atmosphere of the coffee shop and any early‑evening dining events. Music will not be loud or intrusive, and volume levels will be carefully managed to ensure no disturbance to neighbouring properties or impact on the licensing objectives
